This energy gel provides energy during exercise with a delicious tropical fruit flavor. Each gel contains 30 grams of carbohydrates with a glucose-fructose ratio of 2:1.
Enervit C2:1 PRO energy gel is made from a mixture of glucose and fructose in a ratio of 2:1. This allows the ingredients to be quickly and easily absorbed in the intestines and then transferred to the muscles, ensuring optimal energy supply.
This energy gel contains vitamin B1, which contributes to normal energy metabolism and helps reduce fatigue. The recommended dose during competition is 1 or 2 gels per hour.
